The garden
As the house is a new property situated in one acre of moorland we are in the exciting position of creating a garden from scratch. This labour of love will take us many years to complete but we have already made a start by creating a wildlife pond in the lee of a hill. The bog garden is now planted and we have created a boulder and gravel garden, the challenge is now to establish some native trees in the garden. Relax on the patio area and view the garden’s flowers.

The cottage also has a utility room where you can do your washing and ironing and gain access into the garden and patio.

Environmentally friendly
The large airing cupboard houses the controls for the solar panel and watertank. This provides all the hot water you will need which is heated by solar energy.
Rowan cottage is designed with the very best building insulation meaning whatever the weather it is always warm and cosy.

All rooms have double integral usb plug sockets, so no need to pack usb plugs to charge your devices.
